Where are the gifts of ~this moment~
…When this moment might be [awkward], [frustrating], [exhausting], [confusing], or otherwise [indicative of the human experience]?
Opportunities to learn and grow, or accept and roll with it.
What about when this moment might be [sufficient], [graceful], [divine] [generous], [delightful], [serendipitous], [delicious], or other [beautiful variations of awesome]
Chances to celebrate and claim this true goodness.
Quick SELF-LOVE advice for these moments: Be curious. Ask, "how is this for me?" (not against me).
When we look through a lens of seeing the gifts all around -- and within -- us and the beings with whom we interact, we can feel a lot better;
full from receiving and generous from giving,
trusting in LOVE as the universal currency.
Next questions:
How can we GIVE more to ~this moment~ to help it better satisfy ourselves and others?
How can we ASK to receive more from ~ this moment ~ or the people in it, or from the infinite universe, to help restore our faith in being provided for?
When I fall for lack mindset (maybe fearing I'm not giving enough, or have enough now, or receiving enough, in energy/time/money or whatever), -- it requires the task of remembering:
the immense gifts of life, awareness, and the progress I've made toward abundance mindset.
When I remember the truth (that I am plenty provided for, and so are others; that I contribute enough just by being and doing what I'm doing), it sets me free to swim in gratitude for the moment and for Nature's ideal flowing balance.
Gratitude for my capabilities and for signs that I need rest or playtime,
gratitude for how people around me are also engaged in this balance,
gratitude for anything I've forgotten to appreciate lately. It's fun to (re)discover things to celebrate.
LOVE IS FREE TO EXCHANGE :)
Smiles are free, hugs are free, singing is free, dancing is free, compliments are free, appreciation is free, nature walks are free, laughter is free, holding space for emotions or crying is free...
...and yet it is SO abundant and generative for us all.
So, give a little bit of that good thing, if you want to receive, as this song goes.
And thank the universe for abundance flowing in, as my song invites.
Plus, recognize that you ARE a gift, a blessing; as my other song beckons.
