I get it. Food can be overwhelming.

I imagine you want to be at home in your body. In order to do that, you need to heal your relationship with food. The problem is, eating is complicated. You may try to do it “right,” fall back into bad habits, and end up feeling defeated.

Food touches every part of ourselves:

~ Mentally
, we try to figure out if we’re eating the right nutrients, if we’re eating too much or too little, if we are exercising enough to be “healthy” according to an external source.

~ Physically, it can be confusing to understand the body’s signals around hunger, satiety, pain & pleasure, in our fast-paced world; especially if we have a history with trauma. Mysterious health/digestive symptoms can add to the confusion of how to feed ourselves, how to exercise, how to rest.

~ Emotionally, a loud inner critic (and painful childhood experiences) can make eating feel stressful. Nothing we do is ever good enough! Our body image can also become a source of shame when we judge ourselves harshly.

~ Spiritually, food can be connected to senses of purity, and lead to judgement. It’s hard to navigate the noise of many different suggestions for how to eat in ways that nourish your spirit AND create peace in the world.

~ Adulting-ly, managing daily food tasks like grocery shopping, meal prep and cooking can easily get overwhelming and hard to schedule. Eating and snacking can become impulsive and dissatisfying.

Our relationship with all these parts -- contained within our one precious body -- is of the utmost importance. This is where we get the opportunity to heal. <3

For years I struggled to be kind to my emotions and my body. I also understand the pressure that comes with having health issues related to food. I’ve been studying cooking since 2012, and how it relates to inner child healing since 2015. My mission is to help people experience relaxation, lightness, joy, and ease with their food.

Now, I speak food and food speaks to me! Flavors and nutrients, and the way they combine, make sense to me. I have a deep wealth of experience with different styles of recipes, cookbooks, and methods of eating and cooking. No matter what your food needs are, I can help you meet them in satisfying, fun, and healthful ways.

How the Process Works

Step 1. Arrange a Food Mentoring Launch Phone Call

Let’s talk and see how I can best serve you. I’ll give you a practice and a song that can help right away!

If we’re well aligned, we go onto the next step.

Step 2. Sign up, and Co-create a Custom Nourishment Plan

We’ll make a menu of nourishment for your body, inner child and spirit. This may include foods, recipes, inner practices, songs, and more!

Scheduling a regular rhythm of coaching sessions will help you integrate healing and implement daily lifestyle changes.

Step 3. Cook up a Joyful Relationship
with Yourself and Your Food

Over time you’ll feel more natural and confident in your new helpful habits.

Experience calmer cooking, eating, and digesting by increasing the levels of self-respect and emotional awareness in your food.
