As a life coach, I now guide fellow sensitive beings on their own journey to inner friendship, using tools through experience and education. I have had amazing clients, and love improving people's lives!
My special sauce is using intentional healing songs that deliver wisdom and emotional clarity. I both collect songs from others and have been channeling my own since 2015.

My Self-Love Story
In my early 20s I suffered a period of verbal abuse. This put me through self-loathing depression with a horrendous inner critic.
How often did I listen to and repeat those lies of being a faulty person? Arguing for my limitations?
Deep down I knew I could heal, so I sought holistic solutions. Many amazing mentors, modalities, and Source led me along a rewarding path of compassionate Self-Love and conscious care.
This lifestyle allowed me to recover mental health, re-create my identity, reclaim power, and re-align my being.
Now my inner voice SUPPORTS me ~ like a good friend ~ and bolsters me to feel worthy. To love this perfectly imperfect life! I can manage my emotions, sensations, and I experience inner peace most of the time.

We consider the body's needs and consult its wisdom —embodiment is central to emotional wholeness.
Tension and trauma stick in the tissues, so we ease these out.
We focus on nourishment from all sources: food, energy, sound, relationships, rest, play.

Self talk is of the utmost importance. We train you to soften up on yourself and be gentle, to encourage yourself forward.
We revisit painful memories and bring healing remedies to soothe them.

Music touches us more deeply than words. I know hundreds of healing songs and can also adapt them for you.
Using your own voice is a powerful soothing tool for your nervous system.
You CAN become your own best friend
What I've found is, on the self-love journey you need to start with a spark of hope that says nothing is "wrong" with you, everything can improve, and anything is possible.
From that optimistic outlook, you can honor and cradle your hard feelings, coax out your innate joy and self-worth, and equip yourself with tools to create a life you envision. Day by day, as you feel better about being yourself, you therefore do better in your life.
