How it works:
We learn original uplifting heartsongs in the oral tradition
We sing in harmonies or parts, supported by group members
We collaborate to create new song seeds
We laugh, play, relax, and get silly
We honor, pray, bless, and get sacred
We form a warm sense of village where everyone belongs
